The Villa obtains its water from three separate sources. One, a municipal source to which the Villa is directly connected, two, rainwater that collects in a subterranean reservoir and three from its own well. Further, water can be purchased from the municipal suppliers.

The Villa is fully winterised, has mains electricity as well as solar panels, heating, running hot and cold water. Internal floors are finished with polished local slate. All external floors are also of slate. All internal doors are handmade with solid wood by local craftsmen. The Villa has been finished to a high standard, has low outgoings and has been lovingly cared for.
