The ground floor sitting room leads onto a secluded walled patio (9.8m by 6m) situated at the rear of the Villa with a large barbeque and marble table that accommodates 12 people. Doors from the patio lead to a mature garden that surrounds the Villa.

The Villa stands on a 1000 square metre garden plot with its own water well and automatic watering system. It has over 100 mature trees, shrubs, herbs and flowers. In one corner is an outdoor shower for use after the beach, in another, is a gazebo.
